Management school

B107 – officially up to 5 (there are ~10 chairs total)
B108 – officially up to 16 (there are ~20 chairs total)

* Book using the university booking system.
*You must remember to put in the title something like “with remote participants” otherwise the booking could be cancelled with little-to-no warning
* The Management school secretary may email you to confirm that it is for a video conference before the booking is confirmed
* Pickup the key from the Management school reception (ground floor, just past the coffee shop)
* The rooms are on the B (first) floor (inaccessible from the open plan coffee shop / lecture theatre area, but other staircases are ok)

SeeVogh
* Use the remote without the call answer buttons to turn the TV on.
* logon to the Windows machine
* install eZuce (32 bit) to your home area
* open the meeting
* Turn off incoming/outgoing audio in SeeVogh (avoids feedback)
* Go to the SeeVogh Menu and chose H323/SIP client. Enter number@video.lancs.ac.uk in the box – it will immediately dial in and connect. number is on the sheet, and is 641006 or 641005
* Use the remote with the call answer buttons to answer the call.
* This remote can rearrange views (e.g. turning off selfview when projecting slides – use the button with a portrait)

* logon to the Windows machine
* install eZuce (64 bit) to your home area
* open the meeting
* Turn off incoming/outgoing audio in SeeVogh (avoids feedback)
* Go to the SeeVogh Menu and chose H323/SIP client. Enter number@video.lancs.ac.uk in the box – it will immediately dial in and connect. number is on the laminated sheet
* Use the remote with the call answer buttons to answer the call.
